Powerful but simple – that is how the online component of the Targeting Excellence program is structured. But that does not mean that we use a “one-size-fits-all approach.” Instead, each survey is customized to meet the specific needs of our clients. Questions are carefully crafted to measure customer perception of how well a company delivers in key areas such as promptness, responsiveness of staff, and skill in resolving problems.
Question types include:
- Multiple choice with radio buttons, check boxes, drop downs and select lists
- Open-ended text – text boxes, numeric validation and email validation
- Essay open-ended – essay responses of any length
- Likert Scale – strongly agree, neutral, strongly disagree
- Semantic – horizontal scale ratings
- Constant sum – distribute values over answer choices to equal 100
- Rank order – rank answer choices with validation and many other types.
The surveys can be constructed so they are dynamic. Respondents can be directed to various paths through the survey, depending upon their responses.
The look and feel of the survey are also customizable. The company logo and other relevant text and graphics can be included (in JPG and GIF files). Page buttons and the thank you page are also customizable.
Responses are automatically tabulated, and a suite of advanced analysis tools are used to generate thorough, easy-to-read graphical reports in real time.
